Living in a Modern City         VS      Living in a Peaceful Village

Live is stay at a place for long time. People choose their place of living according to their neccesary. But, many people don’t really know the best place to live in. They choose to live in a place without considering positive and negative effects of living in that place.

City and village are two different choices. The modern city offers luxury lifestyle and peaceful village offers simple lifestyle. Both city and village have their own characteristics.

 The atmosphere of living in modern city and peaceful village is different. City is awlays busy. Everyone move from one place to other place to do their jobs, like going to school, to market, to office or to their workplaces. So, the roads become crowd. Traffic jam usually happens in the morning. Everywhere is vehicles and they make the air unfresh. In the village, the atmosphere is peace. Just a few people who go to their workplace by vehicles. Village people prefer to walk on foot, because the road is not really good. The society in village is not much as society in city. They don’t always go to their workplaces in the morning and they sometimes work in their house. So, the village is not busy. The air is still fresh.

City is the center of government. Many goverment offices are built there. Also, workplaces, offices and factories are built there. The number of society is not little. They always need to do their jobs and fulfill their necessary. So, many facilities are provided for them. Such as, hospital, school, market, mall, bank, etc. The facilities are reachable and located in the center of town. Different with city, just few facilities are provided in the village. Even, the village people must go to city for getting the facilities. Not only hard to reach city, it also takes time to go there.

Living in the city needs high cost living. The price of daily need is very expensive. It is equal with the competition of getting jobs. With the number of city society, it is very hard to all of them to get jobs. So, the competition becomes hard. But, in the village we need a low cost living. The price of daily need is cheap. It is because the village is provider of every natural resources.

Social interaction is an important thing for us as a social people. In the city, the spirit of togetherness is blurry. Some of them are selfish. They don’t care about others. It is different with the society in the village. They care about others and usually do some jobs together.

Choosing a living place is important thing. We must consider where to live before decide it. Between city and village have their positive and negative effects. Considering our peace feeling and our necessaries are good points to choose a living place.
